1. What PosIQ is

PosIQ is a portfolio analytics service for retail investors who use Trading 212. It displays holdings, performance, charts, technical indicators, market-state signals, technical zones and related analytics based on data you authorise it to read. PosIQ is operated by an individual trading as “PosIQ” and is independent of, and not endorsed by, Trading 212.

2. What PosIQ is not

PosIQ does not execute trades, does not hold or transmit customer funds, and does not provide personalised investment advice or portfolio management. PosIQ is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. All information is provided for informational and analytical purposes only; every investment decision, and responsibility for it, remains yours.

3. Your account and credentials

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. If you connect a brokerage account you must use a read-only API credential that you are entitled to create, and you remain responsible for that credential under your broker's terms. You may disconnect it at any time.

4. Beta status

During the private beta the service is provided free of charge, by invitation, and “as is”: features may change, data may be incomplete, and availability is not guaranteed. Paid subscription plans, when introduced, will be processed by our payment provider under their checkout terms; we never store card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it, resell its output, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability and liability

Market data and brokerage data come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PosIQ excludes liability for losses arising from use of the service, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or endanger the service.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
